Minto Communities is the US homebuilding arm of The Minto Group, a Canadian real estate company founded in Ottawa in 1955 by the Greenberg family. Minto has built homes in the United States since 2004, with major master-planned communities across Florida and South Carolina, including the Latitude Margaritaville active-adult brand.
