The Site provides general information about new-construction homes, communities, and builders in South Florida. It is not an offer to sell, a commitment to any price or incentive, or professional, legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing on the Site creates a representation or agency relationship between you and Casera Haus. Any representation is provided only under a separate written agreement.
Accuracy and availability
Information about communities, floor plans, pricing, incentives, and availability comes from builders and other third parties and changes often. We work to keep it current, but we do not guarantee it is complete, accurate, or up to date. Before you rely on any detail, contact Casera Haus and we will confirm it with the builder for you. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the Site. For example, do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it in bulk, submit false information, or use it for unlawful or harassing purposes.
Content and intellectual property
The Site's design, text, and software belong to Casera Haus or its licensors. Photos, renderings, floor plans, logos, and other materials about builders and communities belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission or for identification. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, redistribute, or reuse its content without permission.

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and services, such as builders, lenders, maps, and video. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casera Haus and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
