If you create an account, we also store your saved homes, saved searches, and display preferences (such as currency and units).

When you visit the site, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your browser and device type, pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, approximate location, and the page that referred you. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.

• To contact builders or communities on your behalf when you ask us to, including registering you with a builder.

• Builders and communities you ask us to contact or register you with.
• Lenders and other providers when you ask us to connect you with them.
• Service providers that help us run the website, such as hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, maps, and video embeds. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or security.
• Business changes: in connection with a sale, merger, or similar transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and whether a form is submitted. We will respond as the law requires. Information already shared with a builder at your request may also need to be updated with that builder directly.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Visitors outside the United States

We operate in the United States. If you use the site from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
