The regional center / managing company
This is the entity that operates the EB-5 project. They handle program structure, job-creation compliance, investor subscription documents, and coordination with the relevant authorities. They are the source of truth for eligibility and requirements.
Your immigration attorney
You should retain your own qualified immigration attorney to advise on your petition, evaluate the project independently, and represent your interests. This is essential and independent of the project sponsor.
Your financial and tax advisors
EB-5 involves significant, at-risk capital and tax implications. Independent financial and tax advice is strongly recommended.
